Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of working independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Diagnose irrigation system issues and recommend effective solutions.
Repair valves, sprinkler heads, wiring, controllers, pipe breaks, and other system components.
Perform system inspections, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers.
Complete accurate job notes and documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work vehicle.
Uphold company standards for safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience with irrigation repair and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of controllers, valves, hydraulics, and irrigation wiring.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage daily job assignments.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
